As the head of food safety and quality for Ferrero's Global Ice Cream Division, I work across all functions of Wells Enterprises in the US and Ferrero's ice cream business in Europe; supporting growth of our brands and delight of our consumers.Throughout a 25-year career in food safety, quality, operations, and supply chain I have been a trusted advisor to C-level executives, colleagues, employees, co-production partners, and other stakeholders in determining whether the best interest of the company would be achieved by continuing, course-correcting, or disengaging from various strategic initiatives.I am an agile decision maker with a proven track record for improving business practices and processes, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance within heavily regulated industries. I lead with authenticity and integrity, challenging engrained assumptions to build solid relationships throughout an organization; leading to a partnership built on trust. I believe developing the talent in my teams is one of my primary responsibilities for the organization and am very proud of the individuals I have mentored and teams I have been part of throughout my career.
