I hope to start a social enterprise for the older adults (OAs) in my life time. I was trained as a combat medic in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Medical Corps with over 10 years of ops experience. In my last appointment before entering Mindef Reserve, I was the company medic overseeing the safety of 300 men in my reservist unit. My combat medic experience gave me the edge to appreciate the needs of healthcare workers, our acute and primary care systems. In my current role ( https://youtu.be/63mHv23-EI8 ), I work with hospital health systems, people, public, private and the community stakeholders in cases management and preventive health for OAs. I think a few steps ahead of my cohort. I dislike staffers who write carelessly. I re-check numbers twice or more. Not a fan of "doing face time". I believe High Performance comes with Passion.I like Military History and the Arts. My favorite haunt is to the WWII Bunker display in Fort Canning Hill. I do not appreciate what the Japanese did to the Comfort Women in Korea. I am a fan of the National Art Gallery. I read widely. Here is a list: 1.
