Over 15 years DoD project and program management experience in seven program offices including three years as a board-select Product Manager. Top Secret/SCI clearance. Project Management Professional, CISSP, ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, DoD PM, IT and Logistics Certifications. Specialties: • Cost savings: Earned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification leading a gated project that saved Army $34M. Led multiple non-gated projects with total savings in excess of $9M. • Program life cycle management: Led multimillion dollar projects in seven different PMOs. Kept projects on schedule and within budget while delivering excellent results. • Organizational leadership: Led organizations with up to 700 personnel (Military, civilian and contractors) with budgets in excess of $440M over a 5 year period. • Sustainment operations: Led sustainment of 7,300 armored vehicles at 5 sites in Iraq while supporting Afghanistan surge maintaining 96% rate of operational availability. • Drawdown planning: Planned drawdown operations in 2009 and implemented drawdown initiatives for Iraq in January-April 2010. • Strategic planning: Authored strategic plan for PMO and supported Joint Program Executive Office strategic plan development. Planned reorganizations in two different program offices. • Contract management: Led efforts to complete over $100M in contract awards and served as a Contract Officer’s Representative on a multimillion dollar development contract for 18 months. • Information Assurance: Supervised completion of Army Certification and Accreditation (DIACAP) on an ACAT II program. Supported certification on a ACAT I major IT program in 2005-2008.
