About Andrew Simpson

Andrew is a leadership coach and organization development practitioner who catalyzes transformation at individual, group and organizational levels to enhance results. He has over 30 years of experience working cross-culturally in Africa, Middle East, Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. He has deep knowledge of the international non-profit sector along with experience working for for-profit corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and community associations. Andrew's leadership coaching credentials include a certificate from Georgetown University, a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and The Leadership Circle 360 Profile Certification. Andrew coaches leaders to catalyze change in their teams and organizations. His focus is on coaching clients who seek to discover and courageously live out their missions within the context of the organizational systems within which they lead. Inspired by the metaphor of the rising sun, Andrew specializes in new beginnings characterized by hope, energy, clarity, warmth and momentum towards a bright future. This involves partnering with a client to clarify aspirations, build awareness and boldly adopt new practices. Andrew's expertise also includes: change management, project management, workshop facilitation, capacity building, communications, organizational assessments, strategic planning, spiritual formation, team-building, business process improvement, and cross-cultural diversity. Andrew has a M.A. in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University, a M.S. in OD from American University and B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He is proficient in French and Wolof (Senegal).
