About Andrew Sin

My name is Andrew Sin and I am entering my fourth year of Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University. I love to solve problems and thrive in team as well as individual working environments. Over the past couple years I have been able to work on various teams and projects providing me with valuable experience and knowledge. I have been on the Queen's Formula Racing Team as a composites member for 2 years performing various carbon composite manufacturing and CAD design. I also work for Nfinite Nanotech to assist in their development of advanced nanolaminate coatings using SALD as a mechanical engineering intern. Throughout the various courses and personal projects I have completed I have become familiar with various tools and skills such as: Coding: Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib), C++, C, Arduino, Matlab Software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) CAD: Solidworks, OnShape Skills: Composites Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping and testing, Machine Shop (milling, lathe, drill, sandblasting etc.) If you have any opportunities or questions feel free to reach out to me by email (sin20andrew@gmail.com) or directly on here!
