About Andrew Singh

As a Fleet Manager at Kam-Way Transportation Inc, I oversee the daily operations and performance of a fleet of over 150 trucks and trailers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also coordinate and plan the dispatching, routing, and tracking of the drivers and vehicles, using various software tools and systems. With a BBA in Business Management from The University of Auckland, I have a strong background in logistics, operations, and sales, which I have applied and developed throughout my career at Kam-Way. I started my carrier in transportation in 2015 & quickly progressed as a Carrier Sales Manager in 2016, where I built and maintained relationships with over 300 carriers and brokers, negotiated rates and contracts, and managed freight movements and deliveries. I then progressed to a Fleet Coordinator/Planner role in 2020, where I supported the Fleet Manager in optimizing the fleet utilization, reducing costs, and improving service quality. In 2022, I was promoted to the Fleet Manager position, where I continue to excel and grow. My core competencies include goal setting, logistics management, operations management, customer service, freight, supply chain management, and warehouse operations. I am passionate about delivering value to our clients, partners, and stakeholders, and I strive to constantly learn and improve my skills and knowledge in the transportation industry.
