With over 20 years experience in Telecommunications and more recently Managed IT, I am proud of my track record in delivery of unified communications whilst prioritising customer service and satisfaction Starting my career initially in providing cost analysis and reduction across a range of products, I have transitioned in to provisioning for and managing clients on a daily basis in the SME market from several verticals including recruitment, retail, real estate, serviced office, etc, with an emphasis on choosing the correct technology for deployment to match the client's needs, all whilst keeping expenditure low. Beyond that, I have grown in my skill set and now enjoy finding solutions to challenges and working with a lively and enthusiastic team to provide the best customer experience possible Product knowledge and experience includes Mobile, Hosted/UCaaS, traditional fixed line and LCR/CPS, Broadband, Ethernet/MPLS connectivity, Inbound Geographics and IVR, VoIP based systems and SIP, traditional PBX, M365 and IT hardware I have recently progressed further into a Team Leader role, responsible for the mangement of the NICT Team at Babble and for engagement with all parts of the Babble Cloud family to ensure smooth solution delivery across the entire product set Outside of work, I spend the majority of my downtime pursuing my love of photography, having been exhibited and published on several occasions, and I thoroughly enjoy supporting the independent businesses and creators of my home city
