Andrew possess good knowledge of logistics coordination and materials control management to ensure stock value are in accordance with company policies to prevent down time on offshore /onshore operations. Andrew have spent the last 8 years, developying his skills as a Project Buyer, handling purchase requisitions, where he reviewed all PR/SRs assigned to reduce process costs, evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantages, optimize by all means possible to bear purchases with emphasis on high quality and cost efficient products and services, thereby making savings for the company without being exposed to legal liabilities.
