Andrew is a personable individual whose idea of success is helping others succeed. He is proud to be part of a team that supports one another and is focused on the success of the overall company. Andrew strives to provide value through experience and industry expertise. Above all, maintaining a positive and motivating attitude. A majority of Andrew's professional experience comes from the Information Security and Technology industries. His experience ranges from hands on repair and troubleshooting, operations and personnel management, and managing multi-phase governance and compliance projects. All positions have centered around client service (internal and external) and have focused on services delivery. Andrew consistently finds himself in a leadership position creating or revising policies, standards, and procedures. He has mentored several Project Managers and Service Delivery professionals throughout his career. Andrew earned a Masters of Business Administration from Baker University, a Certified Associate Project Manager, and Certified Scrum Master. Currently, Andrew is studying to become a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP). He is continually developing his skills and working knowledge of the business world by being a productive, consistent, and thorough leader. When not working, he is spending time with family or reading and discussing anything related to automobiles. He's enjoyed coaching and watching his kids play soccer, baseball, basketball, and learn dance. Andrew is a retired championship winning Fantasy Baseball and Football manager. And his spending his retirement by the grill with a cold drink.
