Andrew is an experienced executive with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professionals in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. He has a strong technical background with more than twenty-five years of experience in consulting and project management in the construction industry. Andrew joined AECOM with a strength in electrical engineering and his expertise has broadened to his current role providing executive and operational direction throughout the project life-cycle. He is committed to strategic planning and execution, continuous improvement and growth. Andrew is passionate about strong project management ensuring the project governance and communication arrangements support successful project delivery. He has been responsible for the management and successful performance of projects across assorted disciplines covering planning, buildings, urban design, civil, transport, economics, water and environment, in both the public and private sectors. His technical nous is enhanced by his mentoring and leadership capabilities, as well as his understanding of markets and stakeholder relationships. Andrew builds highly functional and action-oriented teams, through his support and encouragement of people to realise their potential, providing accessible mentoring and leadership.
