I am certified in organizational change management (2020) and leverage this experience to curate environments for cultural, behavioral or process-related changes. I have professional experience in project management, leading complex projects that apply a continuous improvement approach, and have a passion for simplifying data to drive organizational decision-making. I have a proven track record of exceptional teamwork, facilitation and communication skills, having worked with corporate executives in a variety of public, private and non-profit organizations. I blend my professional experience with strong interpersonal skills and pride myself on an ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues. Having ascended to the highest levels of professional hockey as an on-ice official in the American Hockey League and volunteering with advisory boards in the community, my core values are:(1) teamwork;(2) humility;(3) discipline; and,(4) adaptability.
