Having spent many years working within Commercial banking institutions leading Business Development and Relationship Management teams, I am now using that incredible experience to help and support local SME businesses across the South East. During my time in Commercial Banking I was a self motivated leader with a proven track record of delivery in a number of sales management roles within both Corporate and Commercial Banking. Demonstrating an ability to challenge and develop not only existing teams, but also to establish new sales and relationship teams into both internal and external markets. Creating a risk focused approach to developing new business as well as maintaining strong, long term prospect, customer and stakeholder relationships. Having created a strong network of professionals, I can now utilise those relationships to provide help and support to SME business across the South East.
