As Corporate Counsel at the LEGO Group, I lead marketing law for the U.S. and Canada and oversee data privacy across the Americas. I advise on everything from digital campaigns and commercial partnerships to data strategy and vendor compliance—helping support one of the world’s most beloved brands. On the marketing side, I provide legal guidance on advertising, promotions, content creation, and brand activations—ensuring alignment with COPPA, CARU, FTC guidelines, and other consumer protection laws. I draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including sponsorships, creative services, and promotional partnerships. On the privacy front, I lead compliance strategy for the U.S, Canada, and Latin America—managing data processing agreements, vendor due diligence, and cross-border data issues. I help ensure alignment with GDPR, U.S. state privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
