I am an IT Specialist with more than 22 years of experience in technical support team leadership and management (including help desk management), technical analysis, auditing, development, testing and the maintenance of LAN & WAN environments. I have the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as in a team. I have excellent interpersonal skills, motivated, energetic which demonstrate proficiency for learning new technologies and business environments. I possess strong technical skills in the creation of business requirement documents, capital expenditure budgets, technical briefings, strategic planning, Disaster Recovery (DRP) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) documents and plans. I also excel in the creation and leadership of mature, fully functional IT departments including Service & Help desks, infrastructure, hardware and software support teams as well as leading development teams.
