As such, is a reviewing authority for all forms of COOP policy, training, planning efforts, and inspection deficiencies while approaching every hurdle with confidence and drive for meeting both Agency and Federal requirements at all levels of the Agency and provide a clear understand for leadership to properly execute mission. Areas of expertise include extensive knowledge in plan and program development, test, training, and exercises (TT & E), course design, strategic planning, analyzing data, developing quarterly and annual reports, and identifying efficient and effective efforts for meeting short- and long-term goals.
