I am a results-driven executive with over a decade of leadership experience in property development and construction management within the retail industry, currently serving as Director Real Estate and Development for McDonald's Australia. Adept at managing large-scale projects, I have successfully overseen significant retail acquisitions for McDonald’s and led multiple high-profile initiatives. In my time in the role, I have built a reputation for exceeding growth targets, including the opening and signing of numerous new stores annually and the completion of major reinvestment projects. I have a strong background in managing and leading cross-functional teams, and I possess significant expertise in strategic planning, lease negotiations, franchise strategies, and project lifecycle management. In previous roles, I've streamlined the construction process, cutting the total built investment. I've also led teams to ensure that the design and delivery of new stores align with McDonald's brand guidelines, while continuously driving strategic innovation to the customer experience. I hold a Master of Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons). As a Registered Architect, I am proficient in numerous construction and design software tools such as MS Project, Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, and the Adobe Suite.
