About Andrew Swanson

I am a curious, highly self-motivated individual who is inspired when I can synergize my energy and expertise to create positive change. I am skilled at harnessing these qualities to mobilize resources to resolve complex business process problems either by creating new processes or utilizing continuous improvement techniques on existing processes. Working independently or leading a team, I can methodically analyze process shortcomings, set goals and execute solutions in a timely fashion. As the Product Owner in an Agile software development environment, I excel at working with software developers (Oracle, JD Edwards, OnBase, Teamcenter or internal developers) in pursuit of software solutions that both codify and improve current business processes by eliminating waste. I have successfully tackled a number of large, multifaceted, cross departmental problems with workable, elegant solutions. Every major project I undertake requires assembling and leading a project team tasked with solving a problem and implementing the recommended solution. I would not be able to perform my job without the respect of my peers gained through being honest, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and most of all accountable. My extensive international assignments (Indonesia, Venezuela, Scotland and Argentina) has enabled me to grow my skill set across cultures and languages.
