As a Talent Delivery Manager at Korn Ferry, I have supported Google Cloud and Google technical program manager recruitment across the EMEA region. I have many years of experience in technical and international recruitment, working with leading clients such as BAE Systems and Alexander Mann Solutions. My core competencies include sourcing, relationship building, and inclusive recruitment strategies. In my current role, I manage up to 10 members of the Korn Ferry recruitment team, leading them to deliver a world-class recruitment service for our client. I define and communicate individual and team metrics, design and deliver creative sourcing strategies, and identify and engage with underrepresented groups. I also collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different geographies, ensuring alignment and consistency in the recruitment process. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results for Google Cloud, and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
