About Andrew Toth

I am a technology wizard with 18 years of experience supporting software and hardware in Windows and iOS environments. I work with an ever-increasing array of Microsoft cloud services, excelling in full-cycle product onboarding, solution design, operational standardization, process automation, and deep-dive troubleshooting. As I have taken on larger responsibilities I have become more mindful about how I complete tasks and work, and now try to approach each challenge with a methodology. I find this effort upfront ultimately makes for an easier sharing of knowledge & capabilities and lets me deliver more complete solutions. I am a problem solver at heart; I enjoy the challenge and thrill that come from tackling and defeating a really tricky issue. My career has been a long trajectory of teaching myself to do new things, and ultimately that's where my strength really lies: quickly learning and applying new skills to solve problems today that I couldn't solve yesterday. I am currently leading Cloud Infrastructure efforts for several critical transformation projects at Enercare. In collaboration with our Development and Data Analytics teams, we are building modern platforms to replace multiple legacy systems and processes, continually evolving to serve over 1 million customers across Canada. My primary focus is on advancing our Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Bicep and YAML pipelines. I relish the opportunity to solve large-scale problems that drive strategic success for our business, while exploring new technologies to integrate our framework approaches with our systems.
