I am the Division Manager of the Architecture & Interior Design division here at Ivory Group and responsible for the growth, development and management of the team. Alongside managing the division internally, I also specialise in recruitment for the Design & Architecture sector Australia wide, with a particular focus on NSW & VIC, assisting with both permanent and contract opportunities at all levels from Directors to Graduates. I still remain quite active in the Construction side of our business as well, with previous experience in recruitment for Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Development, whilst managing the Consultants in those areas currently. My approach is all about being down to earth, thorough, and transparent, focusing on building and maintaining genuine relationships with my colleagues, clients, and candidates. This deeper understanding and personal touch facilitates a much more effective and pleasant recruitment process, focusing on both the technical skills and the person underneath, being of equal importance.
