About Andrew Velleman

As CEO of CFAO South Africa, I am honoured to lead a team of nearly dedicated professionals working to shape a sustainable, innovative future for Africa's automotive and mobility sectors. CFAO South Africa operates as a regional division of the CFAO Group – a pan-African enterprise with deep roots across the continent, headquartered in France and a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan. Together, we are committed to the Group's mission:"With Africa, For Africa," fostering growth and development through strategic partnerships, sustainable initiatives, and market-aligned solutions. Our five business entities – Toyota Tsusho Africa (TTAF), CFAO Mobility, CFAO Equipment, Africa Mobility Solutions (AMS), and Subaru Southern Africa – reflect our commitment to Africa's sustainable growth and economic advancement. Our organisation provides an integrated ecosystem for the automotive industry in South Africa, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including vehicle and truck sales, rentals, supply chain and logistics solutions, automotive assembly, and import-export services. As we expand our footprint across South Africa and Africa, we focus on sustainable development projects that align with CFAO's core pillars of mobility, green infrastructure, and healthcare. Through initiatives such as adopting carbon-zero initiatives and other environmentally conscious solutions, we are setting new standards in mobility that support Africa's journey towards a greener future.
