I'm a construction manager with 15+ years of experience in completing residential construction projects. My focus is on planning, organizing, and leading duties and sub-contractors, to insure a proper delivery of homes on time. I am currently working with Lennar Home in Charlotte, NC. creating new home communities. Colleagues know me as a highly motivated and creative manager who can maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. I achieve this though supervising/ managing and coordinating activities of construction labor, foremen and subcontractors to ensure a productive jobsite, quality construction, and compliance with design/code specifications, all within scope and budget. I work well alone and with other contractors/ clients, understanding how to meet each other's expectations.
