I am a partner with WithumSmith+Brown, PC (Withum). Before joining the firm in I was a member of the management team of DCH Automotive Group, a mega-automobile dealership group. I have over 25 years of combined experience in business management, management consulting, business valuations and public accounting in the automotive industry. Through my comprehensive analyses of automobile dealership financials and operations, I have developed effective operating strategies, business plans and company policies and procedures that have been implemented by many successful automobile dealerships throughout New Jersey and New York. In addition, I have experience in liquidations, consolidations and cash flow planning as well as in preparing compilations, reviews and audits of financial statements.I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College, The City University of New York in 1991. I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. I am also an accredited Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. I have performed valuations of closely held companies primarily for buy/sell, estate and gift tax purposes. In addition, in 1998 I graduated from the National Automobile Dealership Association Dealer Academy.
