Background

About Andrew W. Gregson

Lead a multi-city regional organization with full responsibility for financial performance, governance, and operational direction across business, government, and community stakeholders. For the past twenty years, I have entered environments that necessitate stabilization, operational alignment, and disciplined execution. My experience spans private enterprise, regulated industries, and publicly accountable organizations, working directly with boards, elected officials, and senior stakeholders. My focus is straightforward. Establish clarity. Restore control. Build a structure that performs. I have led operational restructuring, improved financial performance, and aligned leadership teams in environments where expectations are high and outcomes matter. This includes overseeing operations supporting more than $5B in client assets, reducing organizational cost structures by over 60%, and contributing to over $45M in investment and redevelopment activity. I am most effective in situations where organizations need steady leadership, clear decision-making, and accountability.
