Andrew's present role is Assistant Director of Facilities at American International College where he manages over 40 union employees across 24 college properties. His responsibilities include daily tours of all facilities to ensure all custodial tasks and maintenance needs are met, to managing subcontractors performing numerous college projects. Past responsibilities included: Managing facilities and properties for OSRAM and LEDVANCE. He has taken control of 5 properties (over 1.5 million square feet) across four states. He has the ability to manage numerous vendors, keep costs at a minimum, and ensure that the customers properties remain in top condition and up-to-date with inspections, testing, etc. Daily over site of shipping and receiving operations for a large glycol plant freezer under the management of Rich's Transportation, a 3rd party logistics company. Maintaining inventory control, quality, safety, and pallet management were core components of the role. Andrew was been integral to the development of new programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall facility operation and was acknowledged for consistently meeting or exceeding daily objectives on time or ahead of schedule. Primary responsibilities included management of SF of consumptive inventory which was part of a government contract; team building, loss prevention, and program management were core competencies for this role.
