Cultivating over 25 years’ experience in the financial services (insurance), healthcare, offshore marine and higher education sectors, from start-up rapid growth organisations to established multinationals, while undertaking executive leadership and change management roles. My roles have required a high degree of integrity and commitment within matrix organisations undergoing rapid growth. Leading a team of multi-disciplined advisors in corporate services, we enable high performance outcomes through clear and rigorous strategic, financial, operational and marketing plans, digital transformation investment, geographic (ANZ & Pacific) regional expansion and onboarding of high-calibre teams into an established and collaborative culture laser focused on client outcomes and profitable return on investment. These rich experiences taught me the benefit of tolerance and mindfulness, with a strong focus on personal effectiveness required to handle the challenges of leading high performing and collaborative teams in a dynamic professional environment.
