About Andrew Wanner

As a Loss Prevention Manager at Amazon, I lead a team of security professionals who ensure the safety and integrity of the company's assets, employees, and customers. I have over 20 years of experience in security and law enforcement, including serving as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with the USAF. I am also pursuing my MBA degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, with a focus on business administration and management. My core competencies include process improvement, problem solving, team building, and communication. I apply these skills to design and implement effective loss prevention strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as to train and motivate my staff to perform at their best. I also collaborate with other managers, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. My mission is to drive operational excellence and security at Amazon, while advancing my professional development and career goals.
