About Andrew Waters

I have completed an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management, as well as a BSBA with a focus in Project Management. I am a retired veteran of the Kansas Army National Guard with 21 years of service. My main objective within an organization is to adapt to the culture, foster efficiencies through process analysis, and grow relationships between management and staff to drive business objectives and goals. Being an operations supervisor helped to hone my skills as a leader of nearly three dozen employees across three locations, coordinating daily routes and navigating vehicle breakdowns and other challenges along the way. As a shop foreman my focus has been to facilitate the needs of the technicians daily to ensure timely completion of benchmark tasks within a required timeframe, coordinating objectives and goals effectively. I am driven to provide a high-quality product to the end user through quality control measures, communicating required adjustments to technicians as necessary.
