I am currently a Claims Adjuster in the insurance industry with an art degree. Perhaps a little ironic but this blend of creativity and customer relations has served me well in this field. I am inspired by helping people get back on their feet after bad luck has impacted their lives. I have developed strong communication skills over the past 8 years in customer service positions in the insurance and entertainment industries. Patient and empathetic, I balance a high volume of work helping customers with insurance claims while easily and quickly establishing relationships with them. Recognized by management for providing excellent service while under pressure, I am pursuing CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) courses to further develop my skills and career in the insurance industry.Beyond being a team player, and creative problem solver, my personal outlets include playing video games, watching films, and spending time with my friends.
