About Andrew Wayling

As the Technician Training Program Manager at Enbridge, I work to continually develop and lead the training program for our wind and solar technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently. Applying over 20 years of renewable focused construction and maintenance experience, I am able to advise and shape the program structure as well as deliver hands-on training and mentorship to create safety and progression through competencies. I am also passionate about continuous learning and improvement, recently completing the Project Management Essentials course at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to complement my existing project management experience. This builds on my ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and communicate with stakeholders. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of wind energy operations, while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence among my team.
