Management: Operated a cash positive, debt free business from start up phase in challenging market conditions from 2002 – 2011. In collaboration with two new partners, funded and launched New Zealand Trails in 2013. Leadership role for this business responsible for staff of 10. 20+ years hands on experience with the practical side of the tourism industry: DOC concessions, Qualmark, health & safety issues, vehicle & people management, industry bodies & associations.
