I changed how they did sales to a more support based and consultative approach where I helped walk them through some of the software to get them comfortable and this also reduced churn too. I also broke the global sales record for most sales achieved in a financial and calendar year and still hold that record too. Buildxact 2021 I broke Buildxact's new starters sales record by changing who they saw as their customer base and selling to trades which perfectly fit their need to save time and money on quotes.
