Background

About Andrew Whiting

I'm passionate about understanding and reducing complexity in wide-ranging systems, from entire business organizations to my own personal workflow. I'm eager to take on new challenges and increased responsibilities with a team where I serve a crucial role. With my history in customer experience, I'm especially interested in the intersection between customer facing teams and product development. I'm an experienced CX/CE analyst, agent and leader, skilled in process development and improvement, customer relationship management (CRM), content management, quality assurance, internal communication, technical writing, risk management, and fraud detection. I am very familiar with Agile methodologies and principles of Lean production. An adept communicator with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters and French from The University of Texas at Austin, I am also a creatively minded poet and fiction author, as well as a DJ and part-time music promoter. I love to discover and describe simple solutions to complex problems, bring joy to the people around me, and do what I can to make the world a better place.
