As the Corporate Business Director at Salus- Building Control & Fire Safety Consultants, I have responsibility for Client Management and Business Development across all sectors of work throughout England & Wales with both our existing clients and new opportunities.Provide a comprehensive Building Control & Fire Safety Consultancy service to our clients, from inception through to completion, including providing quotations, general advice, pre-submission advice, plans assessment, attendance at relevant meetings, and site inspections for the building regulations and allied legislation.I have a sound knowledge of construction across all sectors of the industry and building forms used in all forms of building practice particularly in Retail, Healthcare and Education.The proactive approach and attention to detail I undertake are invaluable and can assist our clients with value engineering, alternative approaches and cost effective solutions for compliance with the building regulations.I have particular expertise in fire safety and the practical application of the regulations and provide seminars to our clients on the Building regulations and allied legislation.As a highly customer focused and diligent Building Control & Fire Safety Consultant we recognise that Client management and single point of contact is key to ensure consistency of approach and managing of schemes and I am actively involved in this area to ensure high standards of deliverance.
