About Andrew Wilkins

A leader’s success is reliant on how well they build their teams. Strong leaders share in the same core value that greatness is achieved when teams, not just as a whole but as individuals, are developed to their full potential. Through my years in management, operations, and project leadership, I have discovered that I thrive at helping others develop through engaging and supportive leadership. With over 10 years in operations management, I have grown my expertise in tackling complex challenges, growing profits, and developing motivated teams from the ground up. Utilizing this expertise, I built teams that strengthened the company culture, leading them to rise in major KPI rankings. I proudly celebrated my team for being ranked in the top 10 of over 1300 locations nationally in profitability, gross margin, and customer experience. I strive for continuous personal and professional development by welcoming new and exciting challenges to improve and streamline processes, build diversified and talented teams and expand my skill sets which allow me to be an impactful leader. As individuals we may celebrate many accomplishments but together, as a team, we can reach an even greater level of success.
