PersonalI have a vast amount of experience of Leading Sales Teams in the B2C and B2B marketplace, with a drive to make long lasting and succesful change, to grow the business and gain further positive Market Share, whilst also delivering exceptional BAU results through all KPIs.Whilst Leading a geographically dispersed workforce and multi site function, I gained experience and expertise in delivering growth by reducing costs, through process change and tight P&L controls, and increasing performance through Coaching Development Stategies, Performance Management and Company Vision delivery.I am a positive communicator, through all levels, which helped to create a culture of openess and positivity, which in turn leads to long lasting Sales Performance and Commercial growth.
