Tenā koutou I am a highly self-driven professional with 10 years of experience across several different industries which have been focused on Recoveries and Business Analysis. The experience I have in the following areas data-driven decision making customer experience receivables management negotiating people management projects debt recovery automation business process Improvements have meant that my employer always knows the work I deliver is of a high quality while conducted in the most efficient manner possible and best possible outcome for all stakeholders/ customers. When it comes to being customer focused and relentless work ethic, I was fortunately to have the best role models in this field, my parents. My parents instilled this into me from a very young age as they migrated to New Zealand without knowing a single English word, but they were still able to operate a successful family business for many years. It was here where my work experience was founded upon or what little assistance a 8 years old could do. This helped me develop my customer services skills and breaking down people’s barriers was a personal challenge. I’ve always had a passion for numbers and furthermore so once I learnt how the data can be manipulated to tell a story or drive decisions. I’m always committed to the work but understood that sometimes working harder and longer isn’t the desired approach and it was about being smarter and ensuring that the process in place is the most efficient. There's nothing more exhilarating than coming across an outcome that a customer wasn’t expecting and having to determine what has occurred or an ad hoc question that requires a more detailed investigation Outside of work, you might find me laying on the ground in a heap as my girls climb all over me or else out and about running as I aim to complete another half marathon in the next year. I’m always interested in meeting people who are in Collection or Reporting/Data Analysis space as I’m eager to learn from their experiences and I know that there’s more than one solution to a problem.
