With more than two decades of experience in senior leadership positions, working as Executive Director of Technology and Operations in medium and large companies, I have built a career marked by adapting to different working models and valuing generational and cultural diversity. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to developing high-performance leaders capable of driving sustainable growth in organizations, directly impacting the careers of hundreds of professionals, including C-levels in large companies. Working closely with CEOs, I have acquired a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and the relentless pursuit of results. My experience in M&A operations and participation on boards of directors has allowed me to develop strategic skills to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes and increase the profitability of companies of all sizes. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in sectors as diverse as banking, telecommunications, education and health. These experiences have given me a holistic and strategic view of business, allowing me to assess the complexity of each sector and identify the best corporate governance practices. I am able to analyze the viability of new businesses considering their performance and design them to achieve world-class indicators and compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) principles. In recent years, I have led an operation with more than 900 technology professionals, working on innovative Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Interoperability solutions, with investment in high-impact projects worth around 80 million / year. My purpose is to empower leaders to achieve extraordinary results, driving high-performance teams to overcome challenges and generate high added value. Through my experience, I help companies optimize processes, increase productivity and maximize return on investment (ROI).
