Andrey Lilov started his career in the travel industry in a leading software company in Bulgaria, immediately after completing his training at the Technical University of Varna. For 15 years he has grown up in the company from a Junior Support Professional to a Business Development Manager. In 2014, boasting enormous enthusiasm, plenty of innovative ideas and rich experience in travel sector, he founded his first own company for mobile distribution and marketing solutions for hotels and restaurants. Following the global trends in the rapidly evolving technological environment, the consumption of mobile devices and the need for optimized solutions to make people's lives easier, the URBO platform together with SmartPass Sunny Beach concept is born. In 2016 he founded the Academy of Innovation in Tourism, where the main focus is to acquaint the industry with modern tools and techniques to increase sales.
