About Andria Moore

I am ambitious and focused, I'm building a successful career by furthering my education. I came over to Wells Fargo through the Wachovia Merger. My banking career spans over 30 years. Over the last 8 years, I've been working in Commercial Real Estate, with my current position as a Compliance Loan Administrator 2, located in the Philadelphia area while servicing the New York and Washington, DC offices. During my career, I've learned and grown in the industry through many functions of Banking in different areas such as Treasury Management, Community Development and Finance, Wachovia Brokerage Operations and IRA (Individual Retirement Accounts) Department. My primary function in my current position is to understand and comply with the OCC regulatory AML/BSA (Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act) requirement, as well as OFAC/PEP, Patriot Act requires for compliance purposes. Also Conducting background investigation, coaching the Relationship Managers and Loan Administrators so they may better understand the KYC (Know your customer) requirements. Furthermore complying with bank and OCC requirements to be in compliance while performing lending to our customers. I've earned my B. A. in Business Administration- concentration in Management in 12/2017 from Strayer University, graduating Cum Laude. April of 2018 I started my Master's at JWMI MBA program, Business leadership Management. 5 years ago, I became the founder and President of Strawberry Mansion Alumni Association, a small Non-Profit Organization focused on helping the students that attend my Alma Mata, Strawberry Mansion High School. I would like to do more in the Strawberry Mansion Community. This is still a new experience, so I still have tons to learn about operating and growing non-profit. I've realized that I have a passion for community service. It fulfilling and challenging. I would like my next journey in my career to be in a Community Relations/Community Service role.
