About Andrian Beregoi

I support project-affected communities and project promoters in addressing concerns through dialogue, empathy, and collaboration. I act as a convener and co-mediator, often working alongside local facilitators to design and implement inclusive, culturally sensitive facilitation and mediation processes. These processes bring together a wide range of stakeholders — local communities, promoters/companies, civil society organizations, local authorities and EIB project teams — to jointly explore solutions that are fair, practical, and sustainable. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to listening, rebuilding trust, and helping people (re)connect with one another. I focus on the human aspect of disputes, creating safe spaces where voices can be heard and mutual understanding can grow. My goal is to turn complex challenges into opportunities for meaningful engagement and long-term impact.
