My career path has taken me through roles in PMO development, business and systems analysis, global systems implementation, business process reengineering, and IT program and project management. In 2011, following more than 10 years with Hatch Engineering—a leading supplier of engineering, project and construction, business consulting, and operational services to the mining, metallurgical, energy, and infrastructure industries—I launched PDO Solutions. The consulting organization has provided both management consulting and PMO/project delivery support to businesses in order to: Align business and technology to drive true disruption, change, and transformation across the organization Create breakthrough improvements by bridging the strategy-delivery gap Gain clarity around core business drivers and how to harness emerging technologies to accelerate growth and meet business objectives Strengthen project management methodologies Identify long-term business capabilities and develop a roadmap of initiatives Build high-performing teams committed to continuous learning and collaboration Develop and drive a change management strategy and align stakeholders around a shared vision of success At this point in my career, I am interested in bringing my expertise to a fast-paced, global organization that places technology at the forefront of business strategy.
