About Andrija Blagojevic

As the Manager of Development of 3D Concrete Print Solutions, I play a pivotal role in driving both the technical advancement and strategic growth of Umdasch’s 3D Concrete Print Solutions. By bridging the gap between technical expertise and commercial viability, I ensure a seamless balance between innovation, operational excellence and leadership. My role is focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions, optimizing processes and fostering collaboration to achieve both short-term milestones and long-term business growth - all in alignment with the Umdasch Group's strategic vision for the future. Proposition: Regardless of how good you are at something, failures will always occur on your way to a lofty goal. Reaching that goal will not only depend on how good you are, but even more on your capacity to benefit from failures and persistently keep going along adjusted routes towards that goal.
