With over 13 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, I am a passionate and proactive leader in quality assurance, process engineering, and purification. As the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Takeda, I oversee the quality and compliance of the purification operations, ensuring the safety and efficacy of the plasma-derived products. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing process improvements, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste and costs. Previously, I worked as a QA Manager and a Process Scientist at CSL Behring, where I supported the engineering services, plasma fractionation, and validation projects, applying my chemical engineering background and skills. My core competencies include quality system management, process engineering, purification technology, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. I am driven by the mission of delivering innovative and life-saving therapies to patients with rare and complex diseases, and I value continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence in my work.
