About Andro Adrianus

With the background education in Tourism, I was joined Traveloka as a International Ticketing Staff in customer service division. It’s a new experience of helping our valuable customer without doing face to face communication. As of now, my current position is Associate Business Operations Manager in Customer Care Traveloka division. During my career, I’ve involved to many roles from serving the client on the event by collaborated vendors team members and executing concept of event to be reality. In Traveloka, I learned how to identified the problem from each customer and finds out the solutive way to resolve the problem. Having a good analytical and technical skill to maintaining the quality service and customer satisfaction following the cost efficiency ratio and the collaboration with Business Process for the guideline Experienced: Quality Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. Skilled: Data Entry, Ticketing Systems, Databases, Event Management, and Creative Problem Solving. Strong operations professional graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus).
