I began my journey in IT as a service desk engineer, helping people solve their technical issues every day. From that experience, I learned that technology isn’t just about systems working well—it’s about building trust and making people’s lives easier. I’ve carried that approach into my current role in cybersecurity, where keeping our clients’ data secure is the top priority. Today, I work at Bitdefender as a Service Desk Engineer, handling cloud based systems such as GCP Azure and AWS with security-focused services for clients across the Asia Pacific region. I’m used to working with cross-functional teams, responding to issues quickly and calmly, and ensuring our services remain reliable and secure. This experience has sharpened my ability to manage risk, understand audit SOC2 procedures, and design practical, dependable solutions. Beyond my technical skills, I’m someone who’s always eager to learn and adapt quickly. I believe teamwork, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help are key to success in IT—whether it’s supporting daily users or keeping systems running smoothly in critical situations.
