About Andry Bernady

My lifelong aspiration to become a successful businessman was solidified at a young age when my primary teacher asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. My answer, without hesitation, was a business man. Growing up in an economically-challenged neighborhood, I saw the impact that access to education and financial stability could have on individuals and their communities. This inspired me to set a personal goal of using my future success to build a school for those in need. I honed my entrepreneurial skills from a young age, first selling surplus sporting apparel and later expanding into computer accessories and furniture manufacturing. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I continued to cultivate my import business acumen. Upon returning to Indonesia, I established a project and design company and offered my expertise as a business consultant to small and medium-sized enterprises. It was not until I was introduced to the "People Development" industry that I found my true passion. I was drawn to the idea of helping individuals achieve their full potential through training, coaching, and facilitating. I realized that my ultimate goal of creating a better future for others could be achieved not only through building a school, but also through empowering individuals to become their best selves and achieve greater personal and professional success.
