As the Asset SHE Manager at Louis Dreyfus Company, I lead the development and implementation of the SHE objectives, CAPEX, OPEX, and KPI program for the refinery plant. With over 8 years of experience in QHSE and CSMS, I ensure the adherence to the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental management, as well as compliance with government and international regulations. I have a master's degree in environmental science and a bachelor's degree in project management, which enable me to conduct risk assessments, review and update SHE plans and procedures, and monitor and evaluate SHE and process safety performance. I have also received multiple certifications and honors, such as the integrated internal auditor, the sea survival, the occupational health and safety training, the CKB trainer award, and the green and blue proper awards. I am passionate about creating a safe and sustainable work environment for my team, my organization, and my community.
