I am an applied researcher with experience spanning AI-enabled systems, enterprise and market research, and trauma-informed, community-centered intervention work. My background combines applied AI application development, qualitative research in organizational contexts, and long-standing engagement in advocacy and victim-services–adjacent initiatives.My work is grounded in real-world settings where systems, institutions, and individuals intersect.Applied AI & Organizational Systems: Contributing to the development and evaluation of AI-enabled applications used in applied research and enterprise environments. Studying how AI systems shape trust, interpretation, decision-making, and institutional behavior. Working across interdisciplinary teams to align system design with human, ethical, and organizational realities.Enterprise & Market Research (Qualitative + Mixed Methods): Leading and supporting qualitative research in applied enterprise contexts, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, narrative analysis, and stakeholder synthesis. Translating complex qualitative evidence into decision-ready insights for strategy, product, and leadership audiences. Integrating qualitative findings with quantitative data to inform applied decision-makingTrauma-Informed & Advocacy-Based Work: Experience supporting trauma-informed interventions within institutional and community settings, including work aligned with victim-services frameworks. Collaboration with programs connected to the Office for Victims of Crime and related initiatives. Facilitating structured dialogues and community-based conversations around sensitive, high-stakes issues. Supporting community-driven message development that reflects lived experience while meeting institutional and policy constraints.Research Dissemination & Strategic Communications: Translating research into clear, defensible materials for academic, policy, and practitioner audiences.
