About Andrzej Kubisiak

People and data are my natural work habitat. I know how to bring these two, apparently distant worlds, together. This has allowed me to successfully build strong teams with in-depth know-how and the propensity to consistently achieve business KPIs. For me, direct contact with the people I work with is imperative. I am also a man of action; one of my strengths is operating in a changing environment that requires quick decisions. I am a qualified project manager and consultant with 15 years’ experience in consulting based on data analysis. I have worked with a diverse group of stakeholders: from supervisory boards and management boards, through market regulators and public institutions, to colleagues and subcontractors. My work environment benefits not only from own know-how, but also from a firm commitment to achieving goals, highly developed communication skills and the ability for critical and "out of the box" thinking. I am also an accomplished speaker on both domestic and international business issues, with public and media event experience and an inclination for building new relationships.
